Do I need both Slack and Teams licences for Message Monkey to work?
No, unlike other tools, with Message Monkey you do not need to pay for extra licences to be able to communicate with your stakeholders on a different platform.
Is there a trial period?
Yes, each pricing option has a 3-month free trial. This means at any time within the 3 months you can cancel your subscription and not get charged.
How will I get charged?
Message Monkey uses Stripe as the payment gateway to support all subscriptions with multiple payment methods and currencies available.

Does Message Monkey store my credit card information?
Message Monkey does not store any credit card information. All this is managed through the secure payment gateway, Stripe.

Can I cancel at any time?
Message Monkey has monthly and annual options available to suit your need. If you choose monthly, then yes you can cancel giving only 30 days' notice.
How will I get charged if I add / remove members mid-way through the month?
Message Monkey will charge based on the highest number of users within the portal for that month. A month is calculated for the signup date + 30 days e.g. if the signup date was the 5th March, the month would be between 5th March - 4th April.
Can I change Plans at any time?
Yes, on the monthly option you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. This is available on the portal once you've signed up.
